On this page, you can read about our privacy policy and how we handle personal data according to the Personal Data Act, which is based on the EU data protection rules (GDPR) in force as of May 25, 2018 and CCPA rules. The Personal Data Act includes all types of information about personal data that can be directly and indirectly attributed to a natural person

 

Personal data that Spectral Intent Publishing may have about you as a customer:
• Name and possibly title
• Contact info
• Personal identity number (if you e.g. have a sole proprietorship or have identified yourself when buying/handing over goods)
• Password (in cases where you or your company have an account with us where you have login as a user or administrator)

We do not normally handle so-called sensitive personal data.

How and why we use all or part of your personal data:
In order to manage a customer project, whether it is a private individual or an organization (from an initial inquiry to quotation, order, purchasing, delivery, and invoicing), essential information about the client and the contact persons involved is registered in our ERP system. This information is deleted after 7 years.

In our internal system, name, title, and contact information (phone number and email address) are saved. Spectral Intent Publishing and its sales and finance staff have access to the customer register that is available in the ERP system. Email addresses are stored in our register for newsletters and other information. This register is updated before each mailing. You can very easily unsubscribe by contacting us.Spectral Intent Publishing.

We do not share any personal data with third parties, except where it is necessary for the subcontractor and freight forwarder to fulfill a specific order or delivery. We store personal data about you as a customer for as long as there is a customer relationship and for as long as it is necessary for archiving purposes and to fulfil the accounting obligation in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act.

Agreements etc.
Registration and processing of personal data related to different types of contracts (but only the data needed for the performance of the contract). Examples of agreements are customer agreements and supplier agreements.

For your peace of mind, our website is a so-called secure website with SLL certificates and 2096-bit encryption (https), so that orders, logins, and forms can be used securely.

Use of cookies
Our websites use session cookies to facilitate use (these are deleted when the browser is closed), as well as analytics cookies for statistics (browser info, IP number, etc. are saved according to Google’s standard policy). If you want to avoid tracking, cookies should be turned off in your browser. We do not use any third-party cookies.

Information, Modification or Deletion of Data
If you have any questions or if you wish to receive the information that is available about you, you can request it by emailing info(at)spectralintent.com Replace (at) with @. Attach a copy of your driver’s license or ID card so that we can ensure that it is the correct person requesting the (the copy will be deleted after the identification has been completed). You will receive a reply email with current information and relevant attachments.

If you wish to delete or change your personal data, please contact Spectral Intent Publishing by sending an email, after which we will delete/change your information. Spectral Intent Publishing will send a return email, after which we delete/change your information when we have been able to confirm that it is indeed you who wish to unsubscribe.
